SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

Every order is important at B SQUARE® and to get it delivered on time and in proper working condition. The products will be shipped to the address specified by you during the order processing stage. The time of delivery and the shipping cost depends upon the product purchased and delivery address.

* We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Domestic Orders:

India Post / Private Courier Partners - Free Shipping

Deliveries within India are made by India Post / India Speed Post or by our Courier Partners and will arrive within a week from the date of your order (not including public holidays or weekends). Generally most orders arrive within 3-5 working days. Every order is subject to review. Sunday and holiday's delivery is not available.

Any incorrect address details or failure to receive your order will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

All deliveries are traceable and require a signature at the time of delivery, unless you the customer select the Standard Shipping - Authority to leave option. Selecting this option gives the courier authority to leave the parcel unattended at your chosen address if they believe there is a safe place to leave it, and B SQUARE® will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels.

Orders Outside India / International Orders:

India Post / DHL / Fedex / Private Courier Partners – Fixed Fee

International deliveries will be sent using international courier and are charged at a flat fee of $30.00 for per order. Please allow 6-13 business days for delivery.

All prices on our website are in INDIAN RUPEES (INR) and are inclusive of GST. If your order is being delivered outside of INDIA then we will not charge you GST, but you will need to pay your country’s custom fees and import duties when you receive your package.

All orders are subject to availability. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or to suggest placing your items on back order, which will ensure you receive them as priority once stock has been delivered to B SQUARE®.

Every order is subject to review. Sunday and holiday's delivery is not available. A signature will be required for all shipments at the time of delivery.

Depending on the delivery address we have tie ups with DHL/UPS/FedEx and other international logistics companies. You can be rest assured that you will receive tracking information as soon as the shipment is picked up.

* Custom delays are not accounted for in the delivery estimate

Customized Orders:
